According to the National Association of Realtors, 84% of home buyers use the internet to search for a home.  I do more than place a sign in the yard!  I utilize the power of the internet to connect your home with thousands of prospective buyers by utilizing over 15 different websites.  In addition, I carefully evaluate your home to find additional ways to make it more visible to potential buyers.

Price Your Home Competitively

Over pricing your home is the biggest single mistake most sellers make.  I monitor absorbtion rates (how many houses will sell in your price range in a given time frame).  If there are ten houses for sale in your neighborhood and only three are going to sell in the next three months, your house needs to be priced accordingly.  I will guide you to set the right price in the beginning--not months later when you have missed your highest visible time. Find out the value of your home.

Increase the Value of Your Home

How much should you invest in updating your home to get it ready to sell?  Should you replace the carpet or offer an allowance?  I will guide you through those difficult decisions.  In addition, I will stage your home to highlight the best features and ensure you get top dollar!
